Membership in the Affirmative Options Coalition is open to any organization that endorses the coalition’s work and pays annual dues. Coalition members receive:
- Information and policy analysis on economic security issues related to welfare and work
- Training, coaching and one-on-one technical assistance to help your organization’s board, staff, volunteers, and program participants improve their skills in grassroots advocacy
- Timely legislative updates and action alerts that help you know when and how to take action
Coalition members define the Affirmative Options Legislative Agenda and elect the coalition’s Steering Committee.
Individuals unaffiliated with an organizational member are welcome to join the Affirmative Options E-mail Advocacy Network at no charge, but donations are welcome.
